A black and white photo postcard of “Roosevelt’s Cabin State Capitol Grounds.” Wallie writes, “This is a pretty nice little village, but the people most are broke, only sold 1 o’coat [overcoat?] here. Going to Miles City tonight to get over on the Milwaukee Road, west. May see you soon, and maybe not till spring, can’t say yet.” The postcard has the location of Bismarck, North Dakota, on the bottom right corner, front.
