Commissioner Roosevelt summarizes his recent, and difficult, hunting trip with Hector Munro Ferguson. Sylvane M. Ferris is very ill and unable to assist with the cattle round-up apart from some overseeing. The cattle are looking well but prices are low. Roosevelt concludes by discussing several matters related to the ranch.
