Frank Hall Scott tells President Roosevelt about the latest news from Max Kullnick of Berlin on the possibility of printing a German copy of Ranch Life and the Hunting Trail. Scott reviews the negotiations that have taken place, and says that although the amount of royalties proposed has gone down from the initial consultation, it is rare for people from Europe to pay any amount for American copyright. He wishes for Roosevelt to send his opinion on the matter.
