On behalf of the students of Dartmouth College, George M. Morris relates they are eager to hear Theodore Roosevelt speak while he is in the area. While they understand that Roosevelt is not accepting engagements, they hope the opportunity is granted. They propose that at any time during his stay, Roosevelt take one hour to drive to the school and speak.
