Joseph Gaston Baillie Bulloch was glad to see President Roosevelt and Edith Kermit Carow Roosevelt at the Jamestown Ter-centennial Exposition, and is glad Roosevelt enjoyed himself there. Bulloch describes a promotion he received from the Bureau of Pensions.
