Kentarō Kaneko writes to President Roosevelt about the recent call in San Francisco by school administrators to pull Japanese children out of schools. Kaneko describes Japan as a “consistently firm friend” and asks that Roosevelt take appropriate measures immediately, for justice and humanity.
