The Theodore Roosevelt Association (TRA) provides a membership application form for joining the TRA at one of twelve membership levels. It also offers, for an additional fee, the opportunity to join one of thirteen regional chapters of the TRA, including new chapters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Pelican Island, Florida, San Antonio, Texas, and Tampa, Florida. Illustrations of Sagamore Hill and both sides of the TRA medallion appear on the application.
