Eisenhower, former President Herbert Hoover, New York Governor Thomas E. Dewey, and Leonard W. Hall, Chair of the Republican National Committee. Also present at the dedication were singer William Warfield, members of the Roosevelt family, representatives of scouting troops, and a brass band.
