Assemblyman Roosevelt was pleased to receive Alice Lee Roosevelt’s note, which made him wish he was back home. He had a pleasant dinner with the Newbolds and then went to a reception at the Fort Orange Club. Tonight he has a dinner with Mr. Howe and other party leaders, which will not be amusing but could bring results. Roosevelt hopes to be home late tomorrow evening.
