Theodore Roosevelt writes to his sister Anna about the Katy Mann affair. Brother Elliott has authorized a settlement to be made with her, so Roosevelt will attempt to do so. Roosevelt believes that Elliott is not the father of Mann’s baby and that he is merely being blackmailed.
