Theodore Roosevelt is sending to Horace Curzon Plunkett three pieces he wrote for the Outlook and a copy of the speech he gave at the National Progressive Convention. Roosevelt describes his views on the Republican National Convention, Woodrow Wilson, the Republican and Democratic parties, and the Progressive Party’s platform. Although Roosevelt does not believe he will win the presidency, he believes he will be able to influence the future through the Progressive Party.
