President Roosevelt informs Senator Fulton that he has looked into the matter of District Attorney William C. Bristol, and that after conferring with several cabinet secretaries he has come to the conclusion that he could be justified in resubmitting Bristol’s name for confirmation, as he seems to be cleared of guilt.
