Letter from Van V. Bowman to Theodore Roosevelt
Van V. Bowman writes Theodore Roosevelt to see if he would be interested in purchasing a United Spanish War Veterans Robe, made from Eastern Oregon wool, with the proceeds benefiting Malabon Camp No. 6 in Pendleton, Oregon. Bowman says they are sending him a sample robe since they are confident Roosevelt will then want to order another robe.
