Letter from Secretary of Theodore Roosevelt to Charles A. Van Wormer
On behalf of Theodore Roosevelt, his secretary thanks Charles A. Van Wormer for the letter and the “very interesting bandana.” However, Roosevelt has decided to return the bandana as it has been in Mrs. Van Wormer’s family for many years.
