He asks whether Evans would prefer to go on the West Point Board or to be added to the Annapolis Board the following year.

President Roosevelt intends to appoint Colonel William A. Pew to next year’s Board of Visitors to West Point. Secretary of the Navy Moody will be responsible for the selection of the visitors for the Naval Academy at Annapolis. In a handwritten addition, Roosevelt notes that he has made a promise for the latter to John Robert Procter.
