President Roosevelt asks Attorney General Bonaparte to finish a report regarding the conduct of secret service agent James O. Brzezinski during the trial of Oliver Spitzer, superintendent of the docks at the American Sugar Refining Company who had attempted to bribe agents. Brzezinski’s testimony was inconsistent before the Grand Jury.
