Anna Roosevelt Cowles encloses a letter from Hilda Francesetti that touched her. Francesetti’s brother, Ugo, passed away in Korea while serving as Italian consul in Seoul. His body was later retrieved by his family and returned to Italy. Cowles requests a note from President Roosevelt to send to Francesetti.
