Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Héctor C. Quesada
President Roosevelt thanks Héctor C. Quesada, provincial deputy of Buenos Aires, for the kind words made about him in his speech in July. Roosevelt believes that all countries campaigning for social and civic causes are fighting the same battle and is grateful that he has contributed to those causes is some way or another.
