Letter from George W. Hall to Theodore Roosevelt

Hall asks Theodore Roosevelt for assistance persuading the directors of the Russell Sage Foundation, and others, to lead a nationwide campaign to educate the people about the possibilities for the human species with the help of eugenics. Hall believes the people must approve before the necessary legislation can be approved, and such a large campaign needs strong backing.
