He informs his sister they will be traveling to Liverpool next.

Writing from Richfield Springs, State Assemblyman Roosevelt recounts his and Alice Lee Roosevelt’s difficult trip up Overlook Mountain. Roosevelt enjoyed the trip, despite the difficulties. Roosevelt mentions that his health is poor and he has had a relapse. He discusses the various treatments he is undergoing. He also writes about the recent engagement of his brother, Elliott Roosevelt.
