Recovering alcoholics--Family relationships

Theodore Roosevelt writes to his sister Anna about the current situation with their alcoholic brother Elliott. Roosevelt feels that they should intervene as little as possible between Elliott and wife Anna now that Elliott has gone through treatment and signed the trust agreement.
