Letter from Charles M. Henley to Theodore Roosevelt

Theodore Roosevelt previously helped Charles M. Henley get a position as a laborer with the Customs department, and Henley hopes he can assist him again. While he does not wish to complain about his job, he finds himself doing many things that would typically be done by a skilled laborer position, and he would accordingly like to earn more money. He asks Roosevelt if he knows of any such opportunities.
