Letter from Walter J. McCann to Theodore Roosevelt
Walter J. McCann writes to President Roosevelt in order to explain his recent correspondence. While McCann intended to be prompt in sending the money order, he put it off due to poor health and nerves. While he has now sent the remittance, he did not send a note explaining the delay, and is taking the time now to do so.
