The Division of Dead Letters has received a book packet addressed to Theodore Roosevelt containing the book Y. America’s Peril and includes an inscription from the author. Before sending the parcel back to England, Fourth Assistant Postmaster P. V. De Graw asks if Lyman Abbott has any instructions about what to do with it.
