He recently stayed with Andrew Carnegie and found his illusions about arbitration “a positive nightmare.”

George W. Gray asks R.W. Child to help him in an “advocate enterprise” where they would print an article by Theodore Roosevelt for the first issue in the fall. Gray believes that it isn’t too much to ask Roosevelt for a message to the Harvard undergraduates, and that it would be a boon to their publication if they manage to persuade him.
