Charles A. Case wishes to express to Theodore Roosevelt his appreciation of Roosevelt’s character, writings published in The Outlook, and success in Africa. Case also speaks highly of William Jennings Bryan, whose lecture he recently attended. While a resident of Ontario, Case mentions that two of his brothers fought in later battles of the American Civil War.
