Theodore Roosevelt thanks Frederick E. Draper for his letter and the good work he does. Roosevelt regrets that the letter from the Central Federation of Labor of Troy went unanswered, as he has a great quantity of mail and an unorganized office force. Roosevelt will speak on Labor Day either in Minnesota or Connecticut and cannot take any other requests to speak.
