McNinch has heard Democrats state Roosevelt is the only man who can to handle the trusts and they will support him as well. McNinch begs Roosevelt to not act irrevocably.

Letter from Samuel Sylvanus McNinch to William Loeb

Mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina, S. S. McNinch, sends the resolutions of the Twentieth of May Celebration Committee to William Loeb that he had hoped to have President Roosevelt review. However, with the President already out of the city he feels he cannot leave the matter open any longer so is sending it express. He also thanks Loeb and the President for their friendship and interest in the southern country.
