District Attorney Youngs informs William Loeb that Ralph Sleicher, nephew of John A. Sleicher, will be calling on him regarding an army appointment, and hopes Loeb will show him courtesy. He has enclosed a letter from Brundage and hopes Loeb can be of help to him. He is sure the political climate in Washington, D.C. is red hot, and will follow up with Loeb after his upcoming conversation with New York Representative William W. Cocks on political matters.
