Bird W. Spencer tells Theodore Roosevelt that Victor L. Mason announced Roosevelt is to be a dinner guest of the Passaic Board of Trade. Spencer is taking the liberty of sending newspaper clippings to Roosevelt as a way of introducing Mason. Spencer assures Roosevelt of the esteem and admiration Spencer has for Mason.
