Fragment of a letter to Henry Vincent Hubbard of the Olmsted Brothers architecture firm. All necessary engineering information on Theodore Roosevelt Island required by Hubbard will be supplied. Any plans prepared for the island ought to be as specific as possible. The road currently crossing the northern end of Theodore Roosevelt Island will be removed and the land returned to its former state.

This bill authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to procure lands, whether by accepting donations or procuring by other means, in order to develop roads connecting the units of the Theodore Roosevelt National Memorial Park. It also stipulates how such lands will be legally designated and used.
