James Bronson Reynolds has received a number of requests and questions about the possibility of President Roosevelt receiving Russian politician P. N. Mili︠u︡kov when he is in Washington. Reynolds will arrive in Washington with Mili︠u︡kov and Charles Richard Crane tomorrow, and would like to bring Mili︠u︡kov to Roosevelt between 4 and 6. He does not wish to embarrass the President, but believes that the public would see it as interference to keep Roosevelt from meeting Mili︠u︡kov.
