Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Dwight W. Huntington
President Roosevelt asks Dwight W. Huntington not to quote his recent letter regarding wildlife conservation, as he needs to do more research before issuing a public statement, but cannot do so at present. Roosevelt would like to discuss the matter with Huntington and C. Hart Merriam if they visit in the fall and believes he may be able to speak more definitely then.
