Miles Poindexter confirms receipt of the letter from Frank Harper in which Harper enclosed communication asking if Theodore Roosevelt could give a speech to the African Americans of Spokane, Washington. Poindexter will arrange for this, and will endeavor to do so so that it will not overburden Roosevelt’s schedule.
