Copy of letter sent from Thomas Gilbert-Russell to Lord Tweedmouth, May 24th, 1907
Thomas Gilbert-Russell writes to Lord Tweedmouth to inform him that he is disappointed and embarrassed by the responses he has received from the admiralty board for the information he provided. Gilbert-Russell knows of a naval secret that he wishes to reveal only to Lord Tweedmouth. Gilbert-Russell wishes to be a loyal servant to the Crown but cannot because of the admiralty board.
