Letter from William Michael Byrne to Theodore Roosevelt
William Michael Byrne believes that President Roosevelt’s administration has the potential for a “general Revival of Letters,” but only if the people respond to Roosevelt’s example. Byrne has started an organization with this revival in mind for the law students in Wilmington, Delaware. He requests a commendation from Roosevelt to promote the organization.
