The league will be holding its annual convention in Washington, D.C., soon, and Chadbourne asks whether Roosevelt will be back from his upcoming trip by then, and whether he would be willing to address the organization again. Chadbourne hopes to speak personally with Roosevelt some time when he is not so busy.
