John Campbell Greenway feels that he has not seen Theodore Roosevelt in a long time and is determined to meet the next time he is on the East Coast. He visited Robert Harry Munro Ferguson and Isabella Ferguson recently. Ferguson seemed in general good health but he is not interested in seeing many people. Greenway expects the Democrats to win the next election and then Roosevelt to lead the progressive Republicans to victory in four years.

John Campbell Greenway has been elected as a regular member of the Boone and Crockett Club. Kermit Roosevelt will be sending, under separate cover, the club yearbook, and asks for Greenway’s preferred permanent address. In a postscript, Roosevelt asks what the chances are of Greenway being at the December dinner and notes his sister’s “competition.”

Roosevelt recently appointed Laurence Grahame as Secretary of the Interior of Puerto Rico. Grahame is a Canadian of Scotch parentage and is an “awfully good fellow.”
