Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Thomas C. Jones
President Roosevelt thanks Judge Jones for his kind letter and writes that slanderous words printed in newspapers should not be acknowledged or taken seriously. He concludes that the most important question is that United States court determinations be the absolute final interpretation of the law.
