In Charles C. Myers’s own words, “Out on the extreme point of Cape Cod is a little village called Provincetown. This is where the pilgrims landed. It is a little village of about seven or eight hundred inhabitants and principally a fishing village but it is a famous summer beach resort and an interesting place to visit.”

In Charles C. Myers’s own words, “A natives grass hut in the banana grove. They are a very indolent set of people as all they care of is something to eat. This one seems to be well provided for as he has a bunch of bananas and when that is gone there are plenty more where that one com [sic] from.”
