Letter from William Homan to Theodore Roosevelt
William Homan is sending President Roosevelt a copy of Proceedings of the Council of Deliberation for the State of New York which features Roosevelt’s speech of November 5, 1902, before the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania. He offers Roosevelt the use of the facilities held by the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in New York City to further Roosevelt’s masonic progress.
