Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to R. B. Cunninghame Graham
President Roosevelt is excited to read R. B. Cunninghame Graham’s book, Bernal Diaz del Castillo: Being Some Account of Him. He and Edith Kermit Carow Roosevelt enjoy Cunninghame Graham’s work. Roosevelt feels that his work encapsulates the experience of Spanish Americans, and wishes that someone would do similar work for Portuguese-Americans.
