A branch of law they didn’t quite understand
President Roosevelt and Commissioner of Corporations at the Department of Commerce and Labor James Rudolph Garfield use an “immunity” crosscut saw to cut off the “prosecution of the trusts” branch from a tree outside of the United States Capitol building.
