Letter from Secretary of Theodore Roosevelt to F. J. Earle
On behalf of Theodore Roosevelt, his secretary acknowledges the receipt of F. J. Earle’s letter but has been instructed only to approach Roosevelt on matters of great importance. As such, if Earle received publication permission from Roosevelt in 1898 then he believes that another publication would be permissible.
