Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Walter A. Rosenfield
President Roosevelt invites Walter A. Rosenfield to attend the Conference of Governors in his capacity as President of the National Wagon Manufacturers. The conference will address the conservation of natural resources, with its purpose defined by the Inland Waterways Commission. In addition to the governors, Roosevelt is inviting representatives of many national associations, United States Representatives and Senators, and other members of the federal government. A handwritten note says the letter was transferred to Richard Carpenter of Lafayette, Indiana.
