Letter from Julius F. Kaufherr to Theodore Roosevelt
Julius F. Kaufherr sends Theodore Roosevelt a picture of his five-year-old son, Daniel C. Kaufherr, dressed as Roosevelt. His son won first prize at a fancy dress children’s party, at the Pavilion Hotel in Sharon Springs, for most popular costume. He asks if Roosevelt would be willing to send an autographed picture of himself to his son.
