Circular of the Central Union Mission
The Ministerial Council of the Central Union Mission presents and endorses the conclusions from Oliphant B. Brown, Judge L. E. Payson, and Reverend Dr. W. C. Alexander on “the work and needs of the mission” in Washington, D.C. The council calls for additional volunteers and the assistance of pastors.
