Alfred Austin, a British poet, has dedicated the American volume of his most recent publication, A Tale of True Love and Other Poems, to President Theodore Roosevelt. There was a mistake in Austin’s initial request to have a special copy of his book sent to Roosevelt, and it was addressed and mailed to “Miss Roosevelt” instead of him.
