The Theodore Roosevelt Collection at Harvard: A sixty-ninth anniversary report and farewell curatorial summary
Wallace Finley Dailey provides a history of the Theodore Roosevelt Collection housed in the Harvard University libraries, and he highlights the interaction between the staff at Harvard and the Theodore Roosevelt Association (TRA). Dailey lists both recent works on Theodore Roosevelt that have made use of the collection and some of the acquisitions made to grow the collection. Dailey also writes at length about the continuing efforts to make the collection searchable and usable through an online catalog, and he notes collaborative projects with Google and the Theodore Roosevelt Center to scan items from the collection. Dailey also gives an update on his work, including assisting researchers and mounting exhibits, since his last report in 2008.
Two photographs, including one of Dailey, and an illustration of the collection bookplate, supplement the text.
