Hamilton Bell informs William Loeb that the work at Sagamore Hill will be completed February 25, 1909. Bell and team will have to work and be paid overtime to finish the project but assures Loeb that overtime costs will not be passed onto Roosevelt. Bell explains that work had been postponed due to changes in temperature possibly impacting materials, and apologizes for any inconveniences caused.
